Welcome to EasySchema. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EasySchema, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

EasySchema is an API testing and documentation platform that allows you to:

• Create, organize, and test API requests
• Generate and publish API documentation
• Collaborate with team members
• Connect APIs to AI agents via MCP

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years old
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EasySchema to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the service or other users' access
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Test APIs in a manner that violates their terms of service

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

For Indian customers, all prices include 18% GST.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using EasySchema. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and test any APIs through our platform.

7. API Documentation

When you publish API documentation:

• You are responsible for its accuracy and content
• You grant us permission to host and serve the documentation
• You may configure access controls as available in your plan

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYSCHEMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasySchema from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
